OUR FOUNDER'S STORY
Sidney Frazier, Jr. | Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Frazier Financial Group, started the firm in 2022 after seeing a recurring problem across businesses of all sizes: owners were working hard, generating revenue but still lacked clear financial insight and strategic guidance. Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Accounting, Sidney Frazier Jr. spent years helping businesses manage their numbers – yet noticed many were only receiving historical reports, not the forward-looking advice needed to scale profitably. That gap became the catalyst for Frazier Financial Group. Frazier Financial Group was founded to deliver more than compliance – it was built to provide clarity, strategy and partnership. By combining accurate Financial Reporting with CFO-Level Advisory, Sidney Frazier Jr. created a model that helps business owners understand their numbers, plan with confidence and grow intentionally. Since launching in 2022, Frazier Financial Group has helped businesses increase revenue, improve profitability and build stronger financial foundations. Today, the firm continues to operate with the same philosophy it was founded on: financials should be a tool for growth, not just a requirement.
